Windows 8 Pro - DocumentCenter 430st Last summer we bought a new PC with windows 8. Altho we had to go through every 64bit driver Xerox offers, one did work and we are able to to print to the 430st.
Last month we bought another PC with windows 8 and now none of the 64bit drivers work. We tried the the, it will load the printer onto the PC but we are unable to print; test print even fails and the 430st does not even show a document being received.
We even have this issue with our 6204 plotter: no drivers. We believe it is a shame that Xerox cannot keep up with the driver updates. A naive ploy to have a company, with good working printers, give up and buy new equipment. If there is a 'trick' to using the the or if there are other options, please reply!!!!
